This is my very first tattoo… I did it in homage to my adventure I took to Iceland. The puffin was the most profound symbol of the entire trip. So for the rest of my life I can remember my first big journey of many!

I learned this poem in first grade. I am now 62 years old and never forgot the verses.I recited it to my kids and grandkids.I recently had a heart attack and for some reason kept thinking about the poem so I googled it.Delighted to find it in print.
